Meridian

Meridian, the second largest city in Idaho, lies to the West of Boise that divides into smaller neighborhoods within itself: Northeast, South, and Old Town Meridian. In between Boise and Nampa, Meridian hosts many businesses and a wide host of entertainment options. There are also many different schooling options, highly rated public, private, charter, and magnet schools. For public schools alone, there are 31 elementary schools, 8 middle schools, and 11 high schools, with more planned as the population continues to grow. 

You'll find a variety of properties available to buy and rent alike, from 2 to 5+bedroom single-family homes, townhomes, condos, senior living centers, and multifamily apartment complexes, though most homes are owner occupied (77%).
